During my first year as a Masters IT Student at the Technical University of Applied Sciences and Arts Ostwestfalen-Lippe, I conducted a Usability Test of the Wazo Podcast App. The outcome of this test was a Usability Test Report that I submitted to the App developer for implementation.

My Study Revealed That

1. Unhelpful error messages during registration/ login
2. The search feature was difficult to navigate
3. Key playback features lacked visibility and accuracy or were absent
4. Users struggle to find the verification code when delivered to Spam/ Junk Mail

Suggestions for Redesign Based on The Findings
